Dr. William H. Roscoe is native of Southwestern Pennsylvania. He was born and raised in a poor household at a poverty level, struggled through grade school but worked diligently to graduate from Hempfield Senior High School. Then with our country in need, along with his core group of patriotic friends, enlisted into the military. Serving in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm, he saw action in The Persian Gulf. After an Honorable Discharge he attended college at The University of Pittsburgh followed by Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC where, again, he worked diligently and as a reward earned Valedictorian.
Because of strong love for Southwestern PA, sharing the core values of the people of the area and strong ties to family and friend, he and his wife Stacy relocate back to Southwestern Pennsylvania to create roots and, god willing, start a practice to help their community grow healthy and live better.
